Are you on the hunt for the the greatest special on Botox? Do you go from facility to facility just to take advantage of their specials? Did you know that there is standard protocol recommended for each area?
Here are some of the question you MUST ask EVERY TIME you receive Botox:
How many units are you receiving in each area?
The standard is 20 units for your forhead, 20 units for your brow area (also called angry lines) and either 16 units or 24 units for your crowsfeet to get ultimate results. This is the recommended amount required from Allergan, the company that makes Botox. Anything less is substandard for long lasting effects.
Does the facility offer you to join the Brilliant Distinction Program?
In addition to special discounts, by being a member, you also can receive additional coupons offered by Allergan Company to use towards your treatments. It is a fantastic way to get additional savings for doing NOTHING!!
Do you ask if the person giving you the injections is a fully certified physician or by a hired technician?
It really makes a difference who is administering the injections, you want them to be precise and injected in the proper areas to avoid mistakes.
So just remeber... what's better?
To save a few bucks and not know what you are receiving or who is giving it to you, or to go to a facility who is reputable with the care of a physician each and every time you receive botox whether there is a sale or not??? Please don't forget to ask if the facility participates in the Brilliant Distinction Program for additional savings.

Can Botox really help with Migraines?
Can Botox really help with Migraines?
In a statement released on October 15, 2010 the FDA approved Botox as one of the treatments used in preventative measures for Chronic Migraines.
Migraines strongly affect its victim’s lifestyles by preventing them from going about their regular routines.
The difference between Chronic Migraines and regular headaches is the general time that they last and how often they occur. Chronic Migraines occur on average 14 or more times in a month and last anywhere from 2-4 hours (In some cases longer).
Botox has been proven to be an effective alternative for migraine treatments because it is regularly injected around the head and neck around every 12 weeks.
Keep in mind that when Botox is used for these kinds of medicinal purposes it is used only for those with extreme cases (Chronic Migraines) and not for regular headaches.
If you are suffering from Chronic Migraines and would like to experience the results of a non oral treatment, then consult with your physician whether or not this is one of your possibilities.

What are the differences between Botox and Laser Rejuvenation?
Creams and
serums over the counter aren't fighting the wrinkles the way they used to
anymore, and you are definitely not wanting to go under the knife to rectify
your problems. We get it. You want to look the way you did 5 or 10 years ago
and you want to find the best methods to do so, and that is why we are here to
educate you on a few of the treatments that will give you the greatest results.
Botox, Dermal
Fillers, Micro-Needling, Laser Wrinkle Correction, and Photo-Facials are
treatments that we highly recommend to anyone who is interested in effective
ways to remove their most noticeable signs of aging.
The most well
known treatment would be Botox for its instant gratification and almost painless
procedure.
But, what does it do and where
can it be used?
Botox can be used in the glabella
(which is the area between the eyes), the forehead, and the crows feet area. What
it is is a series of injections that are directly targeted in the muscles of
the area that you choose to rejuvenate and are paralyzed causing the skin to
relax and achieve a smoother appearance. Your results can be seen in 3-7 days
and can last as long as 4 months!
Dermal Fillers
are also very much known for their ability to ‘fill’ wrinkles and restore the
appearance of youthful skin. We highly recommend Juvederm Ultra or Juvederm
Ultra Plus because it is the first injectable gel with smooth-consistency
hyaluronic acid. Juvederm treatments use innovative technology called Hylacross
which provides a smooth consistency gel and optimal gel structures that hold up
over time and have been proven to give longer lasting results than your
traditional collagen. Results have lasted up to a year, which is great for the
working woman who needs to look her best around the clock but just doesn't have
the time to maintain her rejuvenated appearance every 16 weeks.
What is
acupuncture and modern science combined together? Micro-Needling. No, the
process does not require actual long sessions of acupuncture but it is a roller
that is made up of many miniature needles that are rolled around the area that
you wish to be treated. The needles work
by opening up the pores in a non harsh way that allows your skin to recover
naturally, by the pores being opened the products you apply to your skin have
the gateway of reaching deeper into your skin by 40 percent. Areas that can be
treated are: wrinkles on the face, upper lip lines, and neck. Your results can
be seen within a week and depending on the degree of improvement that is
desired a series of 6-10 sessions should be done in intervals ranging from once
a week to once a month.
Laser Wrinkle
Correction is one of the most asked about procedures in regards to
rejuvenation. It is the same thing as laser resurfacing but it requires no
downtime and that is what makes it so amazing! Elos laser treatments work
brilliantly by removing fine lines and encouraging new collagen in the treated
areas. The Laser Wrinkle Correction and Skin Tightening Laser Treatment are both used by re-toning the skin and facial muscles, and also dramatically
reducing wrinkles. Six treatments are traditionally recommended in order to
receive the desired results, and we also recommend you to pair these treatments
with Botox, Microdermabrasion, or micro-needling.
Last but not
least is the Photo-facial. This treatment claims to be the “simple choice for
clearer, younger –looking skin,” and we agree! If you are wanting to get rid of
your unwanted, uneven skin tone and visible vessels, this is the treatment for
you! It is an optimized light device used to deliver energy into your skin
which points to the unwanted vessels and pigmented lesions. The procedure lasts
around 30 minutes depending on the desired treatment area and little to no discomfort
is felt throughout the process. 1 – 2 sessions is all that is usually needed to
reach desirable results.
These are the
treatments that we highly recommend to you because these are the ones that WE
believe to be the most effective.
It isn't about
which treatment is better than the other or which one will last longer, it’s
about which treatment fits accordingly with your skin. Many people have the
same concerns when in regards to aging, but many think that there are only
treatments such as Botox that are there to help. If you do not like needles then obviously you
will be more hesitant to use Botox, Juvederm, or Micro-Needling but treatments
such as Laser Wrinkle Correction and Photo-facials have been proven to be just
as effective.
Consultations
with a nearby doctor would be the first step in deciding which anti-aging yet
non-abrasive procedure is best for you.
These are just glimpses of
information on each treatment, and if you have any more questions don’t
hesitate to ask us on Facebook at Facebook.com/LaserSkinRejuvenationCenter!
Sincerely, Laser Skin Rejuvenation Center

What are Peptides?
Do you feel your skin less youthful, and less 'plump'?
Do not panick! By using Peptides, you can improve those appearances, and settle your insecurities.
But, what are Peptides?
Peptides are amino acids that are linked together, and also known as the building blocks of the collagen and skin!
Believe it or not Peptides were actually discovered from yeast.
Yeast extracts were used in the 1930's in medication to improve the healing of wounds. Later on when proteins were exracted from the yeast, they were the ones to be proven of benefiting the healing of the wounds and also the collagen growth.
The word Peptide comes from Greek origin, the original word being Pepsis which means 'digestion'.
Within the proteins they discovered peptides that were enzymatically manufactured by the yeast and that held low molecular weight and the ability to speed up the regulation of cellular growtth and cellular turnover that led to the skin healing and rejuvenating.
After a protein is digested, a peptide is formed and the body's ability to familiarize with a peptide is improved once it is applied topically.
The discovery of proteins and Peptides led to the encounter of Peptides in ones own natural moisturizer!
There are many different Peptides and each one has the ability of uniquely improving something in your skin!
Curious about what the first topical Peptide was?
It's called Pentapeptide, and it is known to stimulate cell growth and improve collagen and fibronectin.
Pentapeptide is extremely important for collagen because it decreases the collagen destruction in one's skin and instead enhances collagen synthesis.
Peptides are what YOU are looking for to improve YOUR skin.
Not only will you instantly feel rejuvenated after applying products that are specilaized with peptides but, you will also look younger and brighter!
Our first suggestion would be to have a signiature HydroPeptide facial that lasts a blissful 90 minutes!
